It was Greensystem’s first day seeing the city after yesterday’s time filled doing tests.

We started off by seeing Toronto’s New City Hall, one of our most distinctive buildings. It is located within Nathan Phillips Square which during the summer host farmer’s markets, concerts, outdoors movies and of course the famous 3D Toronto sign. After stopping for a few quick pictures, we headed down Queen Street West, which is known here for its “trendy, hip and cool” atmosphere. t is backed with one-off shops, rock/ punk influence, and great art scene. Which suits the neighbourhood which also hold the AGO and OCAD University- a post-secondary institution specializing in art and design. Then we walked by China town and took a break at the Ontario Legislative Building, before walking back and finishing off at the Eaton Centre. The students were definitely excited for Ontario’s largest mall!
