Leadership

Description: Leadership involves more than just harnessing one’s inherent abilities; it’s about adeptly recognizing and mobilizing strengths of a team to achieve a common objective. It’s not an inborn trait but a learnable skill.

This involves activities that prompt introspection, teamwork, and mentoring. At its core, leadership is rooted in self-confidence, goal-setting, and collaborative work. Mastering these abilities guarantees success in all facets of life, including career, personal satisfaction, education, and overall life accomplishments.

Advertising

Advertising is the means of influence in a media saturated world. Grasping the principles of advertising empowers the knowledgeable to influence rather than being influenced.

Grasping the psychological principles that underlie approaches in marketing and advertising empowers students to critically analyze how advertisements influence the public. Teams develop tangible immediate projects applying these same principles for the students to adopt an integral understanding of advertising.

Applying the principles and techniques equips students with the ability to successfully understand and create impactful and influential advertising content.

Instructors

Strong Relationships

The most important part of any learning journey is the relationship between instructors and students. Smaller classes (14 to 16 on average) led by professional, certified instructors, provide a comfortable and engaging learning environment. All our teachers are required to have a university degree, teaching certification and 2 years teaching experience. Instructors for junior students are specifically selected for their experience and innate ability in teaching young learners. They have the indispensable personality skills to connect with young learners and keep them engaged throughout the learning process. This bond continues outside the classroom as the teachers lead students on activities and help them discover their new city and its culture.
